About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Brand Designer to join our Product Marketing & Brand team. In this pivotal role, you will own the visual identity of Enterpret across all digital and physical touchpoints. Your expertise will elevate our brand from good to distinctive by developing a modern, cohesive visual identity and establishing systems that ensure brand consistency as we scale. This position is highly hands-on and requires a high level of ownership, creativity, and strategic thinking. You will craft compelling stories through design, develop assets, and maintain our website, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and product initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic judgment, a passion for branding, and the ability to balance design craftsmanship with strategic brand management. You will shape the foundational elements of our brand, design engaging assets, and implement innovative web experiences. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or visual design, with a proven track record of building and maintaining brands from the ground up
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, web, and motion design across digital and physical formats
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), and other relevant design tools
• Hands-on experience designing and developing website layouts, including structuring, motion, and interaction implementation
• Video editing, animation, and packaging skills for creating polished deliverables
• Experience establishing and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines
• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• A genuine interest in SaaS products and current design trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a modern, consistent brand identity across all digital and physical assets, including logos, visual systems, and guidelines
• Design a wide range of assets such as website pages, marketing collateral, social media content, imagery, illustrations, event branding, and physical goods
• Edit, animate, and package videos into professional, engaging content
• Build and maintain dynamic, motion-rich web experiences using Webflow, including designing, structuring, and animating web pages
• Establish and uphold comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency as the brand scales
• Manage the end-to-end process for design requests, including intake, timelines, and delivery
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign design, ensuring visual assets support strategic objectives and drive results
• Partner closely with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and providing expert guidance on brand and design decisions
