About Sundays
Sundays is a world-class executive assistant service for working parents. We are the first EA service to support parents holistically, understanding that work and life can’t be separated. Our clients are founders, creators, and entrepreneurs who are driving things forward in work and life. We are their right hand and closest partners. Our goal is to help them get the most value from their time at home and work.
At the same time, we’re creating unique career opportunities for extraordinary individuals. Our team is flexible and permanently works remotely. This lets us hire talented and driven individuals where traditional work options are not a good fit. We believe these individuals have been held back from meaningful work and the impact they can create. We’re building a community and team that supports each other to do the best work of our lives.
The Role
We are looking for extraordinary executive partners to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, perseverance, and continuous learning. Every member of our team has a commitment to excellence, deep pride in the work they do, and a desire to improve every day.

- Proactively Assist the Client: Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and manage calendars, projects, and household logistics with the family’s best interests in mind.
- Build relationships: Build professional relationships with your client, their family, and the people who support them.
- Scheduling and coordination: Coordinate family calendars, schedule appointments, activities, and reminders, and manage potential conflicts.
- Event and holiday planning: Organize family events, birthdays, holidays, and celebrations — from planning to execution.
