Role Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Engineer with a proven track record in larger codebases and full-cycle product development. You will work across both the frontend and backend, champion best practices, and help guide the technical direction of the product as we evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain frontend (Next.js) and backend (Node.js) components.
• Codebase Overhaul: Participate in rewriting and refactoring legacy sections to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Architectural Decision-Making: Contribute to key technical decisions within a monorepo environment and integrate multiple services cohesively.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with other team members, and eventually mentor junior developers.
• Best Practices: Uphold coding standards, review pull requests, and set benchmarks for quality.

Requirements

• Must-Have

Proficiency in Python or Node.js.

Experience with large codebases and structured development workflows.

Prisma

tRPC

Nest.js

.NET/Java

Additional Experience

• Background in product engineering or AI-related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with monorepo structures and integrating multiple services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.

Project Details

• Time Commitment: 20-40 hours per week
• Preferred Start Date: Within 2-3 weeks
• Duration: 6+ months (ongoing engagement)
