We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer to join our talented design team in creating innovative, data-driven, and user-centered website. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in web design to elevate our brand and catalyze growth. You will be instrumental in developing engaging designs that resonate with our audience and meet strategic business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design high-quality web projects from inception to launch, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to optimize designs for conversion enhancement.
• Develop visual frameworks and strategic designs that boost user engagement and achieve key performance indicators.
• Maintain brand consistency across all website touchpoints to ensure a cohesive user experience.

About You:

• Fluent in English (B2 or higher) & Russian.
• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio in web-based projects.
• Expert knowledge of the latest design tools and methodologies, including responsive design and mobile-first strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and their impact on brand growth and user experience.
