As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be directly responsible for the strategic digital marketing plan for SUMO Scheduler. You will need a deep understanding of SaaS product marketing, digital channels, lead generation, and analytics. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute.
This is a remote position reporting to the US-based EVP of Sales and Marketing. Candidates must be fluent in English and have the flexibility to meet during normal US work hours and alternative hours as needed.

Required skills and qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
6+ years with direct management experience overseeing direct reports.
4+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing (preferably SaaS and/or enterprise software).
Proven track record for developing and executing successful lead generation-focused digital marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).
Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo).
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience managing PPC campaigns across search and social platforms.
Intermediate experience with HTML, URL construction, Tracking parameters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing external agencies and contractors.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as excellent writing and copy-editing.
