About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media and growth marketing across digital channels, driving awareness, engagement, and acquisition in diverse audience segments while aligning with the global marketing team’s key objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across key channels, including paid social, search, sponsored media, and programmatic ads.
• Conceptualize creative digital campaigns and manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., event, design, product, and analytics) to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as reach, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for growth and scalability through data-driven insights and testing.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to inform recommendations.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new channels to leverage for performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a performance/growth marketer or similar role, with a strong track record executing paid digital campaigns across a variety of channels/platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns for performance metrics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
• Web3 experience preferred.
