We’re seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our Apple Ads team, supporting advertisers who use Apple Search Ads to grow their business.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and data analysis. You will partner directly with small-to-mid-sized advertisers, helping them refine their campaign setup, bidding strategies, and creative optimization to achieve stronger ROI and scalable growth each quarter.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across ad buying platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing advisor for a portfolio of advertisers using Apple Search Ads, focusing on campaign setup, bidding strategy, creative optimization, and budget scaling.

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance improvement areas across multiple metrics (CPT, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement, retention).

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Developer teams to align on KPIs, technical implementations, and campaign performance reporting.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with advertisers, delivering insights and actionable recommendations that drive sustainable spend growth.

  • Manage advertiser accounts with monthly budgets up to $60K, with potential to expand to mid-market and enterprise accounts based on performance.

  • Develop and document best-practice playbooks for campaign setup, targeting, bid optimization, and creative testing within the Apple Ads ecosystem.

  • Partner with Sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to optimization.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ad-tech innovations, and privacy-driven measurement practices to advise clients proactively.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads

  • Proven expertise in bid management, campaign optimization, and account strategy for performance-driven advertisers.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to interpret large data sets and translate insights into clear business recommendations.

  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable advising clients and collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Experience partnering with Sales or Customer Success teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
