The Role
We are seeking a data driven Performance Marketer to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for our business in Singapore. You will be responsible for planning, execution, optimising paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable business results. Driving measurable growth through data-driven digital campaigns.
Scope and Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
- Develop, launch, and optimise targeted digital marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok), search (Google Ads), display, affiliate, and other relevant channels.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle: audience segmentation, creative briefing, setup, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
2. Analytics & Optimization
- Continuously track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Optimise campaigns for key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, CTR, and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive incremental improvements.
3. Budget Management
- Allocate, track, and optimise marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI and minimize customer acquisition costs.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to set budgets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve creative assets and user experience.
5. Market Research & Insights
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour in Singapore.
- Identify and recommend new growth opportunities, channels, and strategies tailored to the local market.
6. Experimentation & Innovation
- Plan and execute experiments (A/B tests, new channel pilots) to discover innovative ways to acquire and retain customers.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and user experience.
7. Reporting & Recommendations
- Provide regular, actionable performance reports to stakeholders, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Present findings in a clear, data-driven manner to inform business decisions.

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate (sign-ups)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Rental Cancellation Rate (1st 12 months of sign up)
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or subscription models.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Track record of personally crafting marketing strategies to deliver growth
- Data driven Detail-oriented, persistent, adaptable, strategic, positive, competitive, and highly collaborative.
