The Graphic Designer should have experience with brand implementation, developing multiple assets created for a specific brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design a wide range of digital and print assets including but not limited to:

a. Social media graphics

b. Website and email graphics

c. Digital signage

d. Photo editing and retouching

e. Events and marketing collaterals (posters, flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)

f. Editing video with project images for social media or digital signs

2. Learn and understand client’s brand guidelines to develop creative assets within brand parameters

3. Develop and maintain design templates for a variety of print and digital materials, asset libraries, and brand documentation for efficiency and consistency.

4. Ensure all creative output aligns with client’s brand guidelines

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, events, and sales to develop design solutions that support campaign goals.

6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting quality standard and project deadlines.

8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies/tools to continuously improve creative output and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the design team.

9. Participates in initiatives and other activities relating to SW organizational goals.

10. Adheres to company internal processes, admin duties, and other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or manager.

See if you fit the following requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or a related field

2. At least 8 years of professional graphic design experience after completion of a college degree

3. Expert knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express)

4. Strong portfolio highlighting both digital and print design projects

5. Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity

6. Highly creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills

7. Must be open to working a night shift schedule

8. Experience working on global projects or with international clients preferred

8. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

9. Strong English verbal and written communication skills; open to feedback and constructive critique

10. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

11. Experience in video editing or motion design experience is a plus
