What You'll Do

As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Mako EMEA, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional brand strategy that drives adoption, customer engagement and long-term portfolio growth.

Working across Europe and in close partnership with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership and local marketing teams, you will ensure Mako remains at the centre of our Joint Replacement growth strategy.

You will:

• Develop and execute the long-term EMEA Mako brand strategy
• Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans across the Knee and Hip portfolios
• Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Partner with US upstream and downstream marketing teams to align global and regional priorities
• Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leaders
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across Europe
• Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiatives
• Analyse market performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units within a complex matrix organisation

Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced marketing leader with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across functions, countries and business units.

You bring:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Significant experience within medical devices
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing or commercial roles
• Previous people leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience working successfully in complex international matrix organisations
• Fluent English communication skills

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: €83.100 - €154.400 EUR Annual
