Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, your role encompasses managing client accounts, overseeing marketing operations, and supporting the CEO with daily operations. You will help drive the execution of marketing strategies, assist in planning, ensure project deadlines are met, and enhance overall efficiency within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly "check-in" with existing clients via calls, emails, and texts to address their marketing needs and offer assistance.
Monitor and manage daily operations across all marketing departments to ensure smooth execution for each account.
Oversee and ensure the timely completion of projects, aligning them with client expectations and updating the client on the progress of projects.
Review and recommend edits for client websites, social media strategies, and marketing deliverables.
Serve as the right hand to the CEO, handling high-priority tasks, providing updates, and resolving roadblocks.
Assist in the planning and execution of creative strategies for clients' digital presence.
Communicate any client needs, challenges, or successes to the CEO and team to ensure a collaborative approach.
Utilize Go High Level CRM to track and maintain client activities, campaigns, and performance.
Ensure that all client-facing content aligns with the company’s standards and best practices.
Provide regular assessments of client marketing performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Create email marketing campaigns to help clients increase conversion rates.
Assist with miscellaneous executive and operational tasks as needed.
Run and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for clients, ensuring targeted lead generation and high-performing ads.
Analyze campaign performance data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide clients with actionable insights for maximizing ad spend.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Ability to effectively multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience with project management and operational oversight.
Strong proficiency in Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, and website optimization.
Familiarity with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Strong ability to analyze and report on ad performance, with a focus on driving results and optimizing budgets.
