The Marketing Programs Manager will plan, execute, and optimize StrongDM’s marketing programs, spanning email marketing, nurture campaigns, webinars, lead guarantee programs, and account-based marketing (ABM). This role is responsible for operational excellence in program delivery, ensuring every initiative runs efficiently, aligns with StrongDM’s go-to-market strategy, and drives measurable pipeline and conversion impact.

What You’ll Do…

  • Plan and execute high-impact email and nurture campaigns (including outbound Gong Engage flows) that map to campaign priorities, engage target audiences, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up for webinars, ensuring each event drives meaningful engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee the setup, launch, and management of lead guarantee and syndication programs in partnership with Demand Generation and Sales Development.
  • Partner with Campaigns and Product Marketing to support ABM programs, coordinating audience targeting, messaging alignment, and program execution for key accounts; Support campaign orchestration by integrating digital, field, and outbound channels for consistent messaging across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Campaigns to translate strategy into actionable programs, and work with Marketing Operations to ensure lead capture, routing, and attribution processes support program performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with Partner and Field Marketing to ensure programs align with in-market events and sales motions.
  • Provide clear communication and visibility into program plans, calendars, and results across teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics (i.e., engagement rates, conversion rates, pipeline influence), and report on programs.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on programs, demand generation, or campaign execution (SaaS or cybersecurity experience preferred).
  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance targeting, personalize messaging, automate workflows, and improve overall program performance.
  • Proven experience running email marketing, nurture programs, and webinars, ideally integrated into ABM or multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, and cross-functional marketing teams, including experience optimizing outbound cadences and Gong flows.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and continuously improve program impact.

Compensation

  • $140,000 - $160,000 DOE + equity salary packages
