Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation Using Canva
Design visually compelling graphics and layouts for social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials using Canva and Illustrator.
Utilize Canva’s advanced features, templates, and design elements to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
Branding and Consistency
Maintain and enhance Strobes Security’s visual identity across all digital and print channels.
Develop reusable templates in Canva for the marketing and sales teams to streamline future projects.
Collaboration Across Teams
Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful visuals that meet campaign objectives.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to ensure the quality and timely delivery of print materials.
Visual Storytelling
Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into easy-to-understand graphics and infographics for various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Trend Awareness and Innovation
Stay up-to-date with Canva’s latest features and design trends to keep Strobes Security’s visuals fresh, modern, and impactful.
Proactively suggest creative ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Canva, including advanced features and team collaboration tools.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Microsoft Powerpoint and Word.
Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) or video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing design projects, especially those created using Canva, such as social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
