Product Designer II
We are seeking a highly talented and innovative Product Designer II to join our team in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences across our products. As a Product Designer II, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs that meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions, create user personas, and develop empathy for our target audience
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and design specifications
- Create high-fidelity design concepts and specifications using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iterate and refine designs
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Communicate design decisions and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with the design team to maintain design consistency and quality across products
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a product designer in a software or technology company
- Expertise in Figma and experience with other design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience design
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio that showcases a range of design projects and experiences
Nice to Have:
- Experience with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
