Requirements
Must-haves
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
- Experience working with US-based B2B SaaS companies
- Experience producing content for senior technical or executive audiences
- Able to research and write credibly about topics like engineering hiring, technical evaluation, and AI tooling
- Advanced user of HubSpot (weβll test), Semrush or equivalent, and AI research tools
- Familiarity with our marketing tech stack: HubSpot, Notion, SEMrush, Figma, Google Analytics, GSC, and your AI tool of choice for content
- Currently based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Portuguese and/or Spanish
What you will work on
- Own content strategy, development, and execution across formats, including reports, email, downloadable assets, and LinkedIn
- Identify high-impact topics (not just keywords) and create content that nurtures qualified traffic and leads
- Prioritize quality over volume. Think industry analyses, hiring trend reports, and detailed how-to content over filler blogs
- Own SEO as a performance channel. Develop strategy, write briefs, and monitor results using Semrush or similar
- Collaborate closely with product and sales to surface insights and turn them into compelling content assets
- Manage content workflows inside HubSpot and ensure smooth handoffs across marketing, design, and sales
