About the Role
The Regional Marketing Manager partners with Park Managers, Operations, and our Corporate Marketing team to drive occupancy, increase revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and elevate the guest experience across a portfolio of Streamside Parks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You'll develop regional marketing initiatives while also working directly with park teams to support local events, promotions, digital content, and community engagement.
This is an exempt position that requires travel throughout the assigned region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that support occupancy and revenue goals.
- Partner with Park Managers to create local marketing campaigns, events, and community partnerships.
- Coordinate park-level content including photography, video, social media, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across multiple properties.
- Analyze occupancy trends, booking performance, and marketing results to recommend improvements.
- Customize national marketing campaigns for local markets.
- Support local advertising, sponsorships, and tourism partnerships.
- Assist with marketing needs during new park acquisitions and transitions.
- Coach park teams on guest engagement, marketing execution, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to continuously improve the guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience (hospitality, tourism, or multi-location operations preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media platforms, digital content creation, and Microsoft or Google Workspace.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into action.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
