We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a proven track record of managing and growing social media channels for international brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our brand and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Required Skills And Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in social media management.
• Proven experience with international brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

This is a full-time position based in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be a key player in our marketing team, helping to shape the voice and image of Strattmont on a global scale.
