As we expand our digital execution capabilities, we’re looking for a Front-End Developer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, high-performing, and conversion-focused UI experiences. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to implement cutting-edge front-end solutions across a variety of websites and applications.What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain the user-facing components of websites and web applications across multiple client accounts
Lead front-end architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience
Build responsive, accessible, and visually polished interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React or Vue)
Partner with designers, strategists, and back-end developers to bring concepts to life—accurately and efficiently
Translate product requirements, UX feedback, and analytics insight into seamless digital experiences
Optimize for Core Web Vitals performance and cross-browser/device compatibility to ensure fast, reliable user journeys
Troubleshoot, QA, and support smooth deployment cycles with clean, maintainable code
Contribute ideas that elevate our digital delivery methods, incorporating evolving front-end best practices & standards
Help execute client roadmaps and deliver milestone features that improve digital presence and conversion outcomes

What Makes You a Strong Fit
3+ years of front-end development experience (agency or client-facing preferred)
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with React, Vue.js, or similar component-based frameworks
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and UX fundamentals
Experience working with CMS platforms and headless or API-driven architectures
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
Excellent communication and project management skills in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Skills

Experience with headless CMS and JAMstack ecosystems (e.g., WordPress Headless, Contentful, Storyblok)
Web performance optimization and SEO-friendly development practices
Tagging and analytics implementation (GA4, GTM, events/tracking)
Interaction design capabilities (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie, etc.)
