Their mission is to help institutions securely navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency and digital asset management, offering state-of-the-art products designed to enhance security, scalability, and compliance.

The Role:

• Set and execute on engineering priorities aligned with product goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
• Write and review high-quality code with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver long-term fixes.
• Champion engineering best practices, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn feedback into features and integrate security standards.
• Stay on top of blockchain trends and emerging technologies.
• Occasionally support client conversations on technical differentiation.

Ideal Experience

• 8+ years in backend or full-stack engineering roles.
• 2+ years in fintech or blockchain environments.
• Strong background in TypeScript, Rust, or similar languages.
• Deep experience with secure API design (REST & GraphQL).
• Skilled in performance tuning, cloud architecture (especially AWS), and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with backend security principles, encryption, and cryptography.
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL knowledge.
• Comfortable building observable, testable, and resilient systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced teams.
