Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, ads, campaigns, and branding.
• Translate ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts.
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines.
• Stay flexible and adapt to evolving client requirements.
• Source references and inspiration independently.
• Deliver clean, organised, and production-ready files.
• Work fast and adapt quickly to feedback and revisions.
• Craft designs that are both aesthetic and conversion-focused.

What We're Looking For

• Strong visual design skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• AI fluency, comfortable using AI image and video generation tools in the creative workflow.
• Ability to work independently, without constant supervision.
• Good understanding of layouts, typography, and branding.
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling in visual content.
• A portfolio is mandatory.

Good to have

• Basic video editing or motion graphics ability (After Effects / Premiere / CapCut).
• Experience designing for performance / paid advertising creative.
• Experience working across multiple industries and brand styles.

Location

This role is currently remote and will transition to a full-time, in-office role based in Gurugram within three months. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Delhi-NCR region within that timeframe.
