Position: Software Engineer/SQL developer

Work Set-Up: Remote (1x per month onsite for urgent calibration or company required event)

Office Location: Makati, Philippines

Schedule: Mid shift with US overlap

Job Summary

The SQL Developer will support reporting and data platform modernization by leading SSIS and SSRS migration activities, enabling parallel testing, and automating reporting solutions. This role focuses on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and performance across migrated data pipelines and reports while supporting ongoing SQL and Reporting development needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate SSIS packages with parallel testing to validate accuracy and performance
• Migrate SSRS reports and support parallel validation against legacy outputs
• Automate PO&I and operational reports to improve efficiency and reliability
• Perform general SSIS, SSRS, and SQL development, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during migration phases
• Collaborate with data, reporting, and business teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
• Proven experience supporting migration and parallel testing of data pipelines and reports
• Solid SQL development skills (queries, procedures, performance tuning)
• Experience automating reports and data workflows
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams
• Experience in large‑scale data or reporting transformation initiatives preferred
