The Role

We're looking for a talented and creative Senior UI/UX Web Designer to join our remote team. You'll play a crucial role in designing intuitive, visually appealing websites and digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What you'll do:

• Create responsive, user-friendly website designs and prototypes

• Develop engaging user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility

• Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively

• Create wireframes, mockups, and visual design elements

• Ensure consistent branding and design language across all platforms

• Stay current with design trends and best practices

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. You'll need your own PC and internet connection. We provide the necessary tools and resources to help you succeed in a virtual environment while collaborating effectively with our team.

Compensation:

Competitive rates based on experience, with additional rewards for consistently delivering high-quality designs on time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web design and UI/UX

• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design expertise

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions

• Experience collaborating with development teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with WordPress theme development and customization

• Knowledge of PHP for WordPress customization

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)

• Experience with animation and interactive design

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design

• Experience with user testing and research methodologies

• Understanding of financial industry design requirements

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

• Experience with Adobe XD or InVision

• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
