Our client, a global events management company serving pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations, is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to join their growing organization. You’ll own commercial growth end to end: building pipeline strategy, personally leading high-value pursuits, and closing multi-million-dollar service contracts with pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients. The work is relationship-led, and is built around long sales cycles that require patience, credibility, and in-person trust.
Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Compensation: Base pay between $150k-$200k, with a 50/50 OTE split, and potential equity
