Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a social media marketing analytics strategy aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead or advise on data-driven campaign optimization across paid and organic social channels to maximize engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement best practices for attribution modeling, ROI measurement, and customer journey analytics.
- Establish KPIs and data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of client marketing strategies.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Oversee the design, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize ad performance.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to optimize ad creatives and messaging based on data insights.
- Ensure seamless integration of first-party and third-party data for more precise audience targeting and engagement tracking.
User Personas & Market Segmentation
- Develop user personas and audience segmentation models based on demographic, behavioral, psychographic, and interest-based data.
- Utilize analytics to identify high-value customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leverage machine learning models and AI-driven insights to predict consumer behavior and trends.
Technology & Analytics
- Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, and other digital analytics tools to monitor performance.
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven marketing tools to enhance customer targeting and engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing analytics team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including client marketing teams, sales, product, and data science, to drive business impact.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align social media marketing analytics with client growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in social media marketing analytics, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Industry Expertise: Strong track record in leading large-scale, data-driven social media campaigns.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation models.
- Ability to implement and optimize multi-touch attribution models.
