My client runs a multi-cloud Salesforce environment and is looking to add a Proven Salesforce Project Manager to their existing team. To be considered, you will not only be proficient with Salesforce Service Cloud, inside and out, but also have a strong working knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds, specifically Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Any additional expertise with Tableau would be highly advantageous.

This isn’t a technical/developer role—what I'm looking for is someone who understands how all the Salesforce clouds connect, what they do and why, and can help lead internal projects with structure, clarity, and momentum.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Help drive the Multi Cloud environment from the business side, coordinating stakeholders, technical teams, and timelines.
Serve as a Project Management subject matter expert—helping guide the internal team through best practices, integration logic, and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with existing developers and technical partners across Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure projects are aligned.
Support and help steer the ongoing Data Cloud implementation and provide early insight as the teams explore Tableau and AgentForce.
Establish project plans, manage risks, and communicate progress clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
Act as the internal “glue” across Salesforce initiatives, helping unify and streamline cross-cloud efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong project management skills and a track record of leading complex digital/CRM projects.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its role in customer operations.
Strong working knowledge of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Not required to code—but must understand architecture, functionality, and cross-cloud dependencies.
Someone comfortable giving advice, making decisions, and guiding non-technical stakeholders.
Agile PM experience a Must. Salesforce certifications are a bonus, but not required.
