Salary: €50,000 - €110,000 DOE

About the Role

You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), playing a key hands-on role in executing and optimising high-volume paid acquisition campaigns.

This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will gain end-to-end exposure to user acquisition—from campaign setup and creative testing to performance analysis and reporting. You’ll have ownership of your day-to-day work, while receiving continuous guidance and feedback to accelerate your development.

Your ideas and analytical input will directly contribute to improving campaign performance and scaling growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Scaling

  • Support the daily management of paid acquisition channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs)
  • Assist in building and maintaining scalable acquisition funnels, including tracking implementation
  • Contribute to creative testing cycles by preparing ad concepts, organising assets, and setting up audience tests

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance, identifying trends and anomalies
  • Extract, clean, and analyse key metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS, retention)
  • Maintain and update internal dashboards and reporting documents
  • Support weekly and monthly performance reviews

Creative & Funnel Optimisation

  • Assist in developing creative briefs using performance data insights
  • Collaborate with product and content teams on landing page testing and optimisation
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates
  • Help implement systems to improve creative testing efficiency

Partnerships & Market Research

  • Support communication with platform representatives and partners
  • Research new acquisition channels, tools, and opportunities
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, policies, and algorithm updates

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Scaling paid acquisition campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency (CAC/ROAS)
  • Supporting user growth targets through data-driven execution
  • Launching and testing new acquisition channels
  • Improving funnel and landing page performance through experimentation
  • Translating performance data into actionable creative insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Basic understanding of major advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel or similar tools)
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, dashboards, and systems
  • Good understanding of what makes effective ad creatives

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience with analytics or tracking tools (e.g. GA4, Voluum)
  • Exposure to regulated or sensitive industries (e.g. health, dating, etc.)

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong curiosity for data and performance
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow

What’s Offered

  • Fully remote work within Europe
  • 20 days paid time off annually
  • Annual team meet-up
  • Monthly health & wellness allowance
  • Access to mental health and wellbeing support
  • Co-working space allowance
  • Learning & development budget
  • Company-provided equipment and workspace support
  • Access to premium AI and productivity tools

About the Team

You’ll be joining a high-performing, fully remote team with a strong focus on ownership, speed, and innovation. The environment is collaborative, ambitious, and geared toward building and scaling impactful digital products globally.
