Software Engineer – GTM AI (Remote, US)
We’re looking for an engineer who’s not just technical but also understands how Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams actually work. This is a unique role designed for someone who began their career in GTM (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or a sales/marketing function at a SaaS company) and later transitioned into software engineering.
If that sounds like you, this is an opportunity to combine both worlds—building scalable AI-powered tools that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth across go-to-market teams.
What you’ll do
- Build internal and customer-facing tools that accelerate GTM workflows using AI and automation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and Support to identify challenges and rapidly prototype solutions.
- Work alongside Ops and Enablement to deploy, measure, and refine projects based on clear success metrics.
- Iterate quickly based on end-user feedback—your work will be live and impactful fast.
- Apply solid software engineering practices while creating reusable code libraries and integrations.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to leverage product usage and engagement data in GTM tooling.
- Document solutions so they’re easy for others to maintain and scale.
Tech environment you’ll work with
- Backend: Python (FastAPI/Flask, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, Pydantic)
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind (but solid JS/CSS works too)
- APIs & Tools: OpenAI, Anthropic, VertexAI, Perplexity, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, Slack, Twilio, etc.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or a Sales/Marketing role before moving into engineering.
- Hands-on coding experience in Python and JavaScript (full-stack).
- Familiarity with AI APIs (no need for model training experience).
- Curiosity about the evolving AI landscape and how it applies to GTM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to talk to end-users.
- A builder’s mindset: pragmatic, experimental, and impact-driven.
This role is remote (US-based) with the option of hybrid work in the Bay Area if desired. You’ll be collaborating closely with leadership and directly influencing how GTM teams operate at scale.
