They are seeking a Founding Technical Product Manager to lead the development and ongoing improvement of our core Verification product - the engine that powers accurate insurance data surfacing.

This role requires a blend of deep technical curiosity, strong product intuition, and a bias toward action. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and operations teams to improve system reliability, latency, and data accuracy.

👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities :

• Product Ownership: Lead the roadmap, design, and execution of our Verification product - enhancing performance, reducing error rates, and boosting patient conversion.
• Domain Expertise: Rapidly become an authority in insurance verification processes, including complexities like MCOs, parent plans, and carve-outs.
• Instrumentation & Debugging: Use data platforms like Metabase to monitor systems, investigate anomalies, and guide prioritization.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with engineering to deploy LLMs and ML models that improve data extraction, validation, and matching - balancing innovation with reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between engineering, operations, and users -translating system behavior into meaningful improvements.

👩‍🎓Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years in product management, technical program management, or similar roles, preferably with exposure to healthcare, AI/ML, or API-driven platforms.
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with logs, telemetry, API specs, and debugging tools; strong collaboration experience with backend or AI-focused teams.
• AI/LLM Literacy: Familiarity with shipping ML/LLM-powered features; knowledge of prompt tuning, evaluation pipelines, or context construction is a bonus.
• Data-Driven Mindset: You think in KPIs and dashboards, using data to guide decisions and product direction.
• Pragmatism: You're resourceful, practical, and excel in fast-paced, constraint-heavy environments.
• Clear Communicator: Able to explain tradeoffs and technical details to a range of audiences.
