They're entering next stage of growth and seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate adoption across the Mid-Market segment and beyond. This is a strategic and hands-on marketing role for a data-driven, high-velocity operator passionate about scaling digital health solutions that actually make a difference.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in growth, performance, or campaign marketing for Digital Health
- Proven track record launching and optimizing high-impact acquisition and retention programs
- Skilled with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce (hands-on execution a must)
- Deep understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and pipeline attribution
Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital-first programs that attract, convert, and nurture leads throughout the funnel
- Build and automate email marketing journeys from scratch β onboarding, re-engagement, and nurture flows driven by behavioral triggers and A/B testing
- Launch and scale paid performance campaigns on social and search platforms tailored to core buyer personas
- Develop targeted ABM programs for high-value accounts within physician groups and enterprise prospects
- Collaborate with design and content teams to craft high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email assets
- Orchestrate integrated GTM campaigns for product launches, events, and key initiatives
- Run experiments and conversion tests across channels to drive incremental pipeline growth
- Own growth analytics and campaign reporting β CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align pipeline strategy and ensure messaging consistency
