💸 $180K - $230K Base + Bonus, depending on experience

Storm3 is working with a well-known healthtech company that has an AI-Powered Platform for clinicians & hospital systems. Their mission is to reduce clinician burnout, improve patient care, & increase access to services. The company is looking to expand their marketing team. The role is an individual contributor with leadership route!

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product B2B SaaS marketing
• 3+ years of experience in leadership.
• Must be located on East Coast.
• Able to launch products and work closely with Product & GTM teams.
• HealthTech experience is required or you'll be automatically rejected

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and accurate product positioning.
• Market Analysis: Utilize customer insights, market research, competitive analysis, and sales data to continually refine product positioning and strategy.
• Messaging Development: Craft clear and compelling messaging that differentiates the company in the market and drives adoption among target audiences.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development of strategies ensuring offerings meet market demands and are positioned for success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Go-to-Market enablement teams to provide tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively communicate product value.
• Product Launch Management: Oversee product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Executive Reporting: Regularly update the VP of Marketing and executive leadership on product marketing performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities.
