Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building a next-generation platform to modernize financial operations for mid-sized and enterprise companies. They’re looking for 5 Senior and Staff Full Stack Engineers to join their team and play a key role in shaping and scaling their product as they continue their growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work alongside seasoned engineers and product leaders to build a robust and scalable AI-powered platform. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll own major parts of the technical stack and product architecture, contributing across the full development lifecycle — from design to deployment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing scalable backend and frontend systems
• Building services that support financial data processing, reconciliation, analytics, and reporting
• Leading infrastructure configuration, deployment, and monitoring
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborating closely with product and design to deliver delightful user experiences

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React and Node.js
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design

Bonus Points:

• Experience working at mid-to-late-stage startups
• Background in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like QuickBooks or Salesforce
• Experience with financial modeling, analytics, or data science
