Job Title: Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer (Remote - US Only)

Range: up to $250k plus equity

The Mission

We are building the unified API for enterprise B2B money movement. Our platform integrates domestic, international, and digital asset payment rails, including ACH, SPEI, Fedwire, RTP, and USD stablecoin settlement into a single, cohesive infrastructure layer.

We are a small, highly autonomous team of senior engineers operating out of a type-safe monorepo. We don’t do endless meetings or bureaucratic red tape; we are a written-first, async culture that leverages modern tooling to ship to production every single day.

What You Will Do

• Own End-to-End Payment Infrastructure: Design, scale, and maintain mission-critical distributed systems handling millions in transactional volume.
• Architect Financial Precision: Build ledgering, automated reconciliation systems, and liquidity routing pipelines where data consistency and strict idempotency guarantees are non-negotiable.
• Move Across the Stack: Develop complex backend services alongside non-trivial frontend dashboards inside a strict TypeScript monorepo architecture.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ Years of Professional Experience: A proven track record as a heavy-hitting Senior IC.
• Production TypeScript & Typed Stacks: Deep expertise in TypeScript across the entire stack, or a strong background in typed backend systems (Go, Rust, Scala, Kotlin) with a clear bridge to modern frontend frameworks.
• Hardened Financial/Infra Instincts: Extensive experience building systems with strict correctness requirements (audit trails, transaction tracking, replay safety).
• Distributed Systems Mastery: Hands-on production experience with distributed workflows or ledger architectures.

Strong Nice-to-Haves

• Production experience with Temporal or Cadence.
• Direct experience engineering integrations for ACH (NACHA), Fedwire, RTP, SPEI, or Stablecoins/SPL tokens.
• Experience managing type-safe ORMs or typed-monorepo toolchains (Nx, Turborepo) at scale.
