We are currently partnered with a Series A FinTech firm that specializes in developing payroll products for companies within the web3 & blockchain space in search for a Senior Blockchain Engineer with signifcant solidity and Nodejs experience to join their team.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and deploy smart contracts (primarily in Solidity) for payments and asset management.
• Integrate on-chain logic with off-chain systems using Node.js services and APIs.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable blockchain operations.
• Design and implement best practices around gas optimization, security, and contract upgradeability.
• Participate in technical architecture decisions and help shape the company’s blockchain roadmap.
• Review code, provide mentorship, and contribute to documentation and internal tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2+ years focused on blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Deep understanding of smart contract design patterns, testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, etc.), and on-chain/off-chain data flows.
• Experience working with Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
• Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of web3 security principles, audit readiness, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment systems, fintech infrastructure, or global payroll workflows.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, etc.).
• Familiarity with custodial/non-custodial wallet integrations.
• Previous experience in startups or high-growth product environments.
