The Company:

Our client, founded in 2020, is a pioneering force in the crypto space. They’ve built a unique infrastructure that connects a vast network of exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms- enabling instant and low-cost crypto-to-fiat and crypto-to-crypto transactions through a single API. Their technology powers seamless asset transfers and conversions for end users such as self-custody wallets, crypto platforms, and embedded payment providers.

With integrations across dozens of major players in the ecosystem (including top-tier wallets and consumer-facing fintechs), they've recently raised over $60M in a Series B round led by several high-profile VCs.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the roadmap, and implementation for multiple areas of focus, balancing short- and long-term priorities against various business needs.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Azure.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and prompt resolution of software defects.
• Create high-quality, efficient, and reliable code following best practices.
• Build crypto first and secure products to facilitate traditional financial activity, such as payments, transfers etc.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in fintech or crypto.
• Strong backend skills in one or more of: C#, C++, Go, Java, Python.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development (Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchains, RPCs, self custody wallets etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Prior experience leading engineering in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
