Federato’s RiskOps platform uses AI/ML and reinforcement learning to help insurers optimize risk portfolios and surface real-time underwriting insights. Their mission is to help insurers provide equitable, efficient coverage for the most pressing risks of our time — from cyberattacks to climate crises.

Role Overview:

As the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you’ll work closely with sales, BDRs, and cross-functional teams to build and execute highly tailored campaigns targeting the world’s largest insurers and most innovative insurtechs. You’ll run full ABM programs that drive strategic account engagement and support pipeline acceleration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns aligned to sales goals
  • Define buyer personas and create messaging mapped to their pain points and outcomes
  • Orchestrate cross-channel execution (email, web, ads, events, etc.)
  • Align closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on activation strategy
  • Customize campaign content and thought leadership
  • Monitor ABM KPIs and continuously improve tactics and outcomes

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ABM or Field Marketing within a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns using webinars, digital ads, and social
  • Understanding of the tech sales cycle and marketing’s role in supporting it
  • Strong project management skills
  • Collaborative team player who can partner closely across departments
