This company is redefining financial access, making banking simple, transparent, and rewarding. As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to drive our growth, build our brand, and spearhead customer acquisition strategies in the fast-paced world of B2C fintech.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Own and execute the B2C marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

✅ Lead and optimize performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, Influencer, Email, SEO, etc.)

✅ Develop and refine brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all digital and offline channels

✅ Build a data-driven growth engine, leveraging analytics to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates

✅ Scale affiliates, partnerships, and referral marketing to drive cost-efficient growth

✅ Drive PR, content marketing, and community engagement

✅ Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to create customer-first experiences

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 8+ years of B2C marketing experience, with a strong background in fintech, banking, or personal finance

🔹 Proven expertise in performance marketing (paid social, SEM, display, programmatic, and attribution modelling)

🔹 Hands-on experience with growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and brand strategy

🔹 Strong analytical mindset—data-driven decision-maker with experience in A/B testing and experimentation

🔹 Ability to build and scale a marketing team, agency partnerships, and external collaborations

🔹 Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency

🔹 Passion for financial wellness and the ability to connect with consumers in an authentic way
