Position Overview: Head of Growth Marketing
This pivotal hybrid role combines hands-on program development with data-driven leadership, focusing on driving user and partner growth across the platform’s ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Web3 marketing professional with a proven track record in managing impactful global event programs and teams, alongside overseeing and optimizing marketing operations—such as technology tools and lead management workflows—to achieve measurable business outcomes. This role is critical in scaling the growth marketing function and enhancing the platform’s presence within the competitive Web3 ecosystem.
This position is well-suited to a marketer who thrives at the intersection of demand generation, lead generation, lead conversion, marketing operations, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a global field marketing strategy emphasizing events and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee planning and execution of regional marketing activities, including conferences, trade shows, virtual events, workshops, and community engagements.
- Cultivate relationships with industry communities, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Segment target audiences and develop tailored messaging for multi-channel campaigns, including digital and social platforms.
- Collect and analyze performance data from marketing initiatives to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify priority markets and customize campaigns that resonate locally.
- Lead and expand a global team focused on field marketing, events, and marketing operations.
Marketing Operations
- Lead the adoption and integration of automation and AI-driven tools to enhance marketing efficiency and innovation.
- Develop and maintain workflows for lead management, campaign tracking, and data quality.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and create dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline campaign planning, execution, and measurement of return on investment.
- Establish scalable processes and documentation to support consistent marketing operations.
- Manage external vendors handling CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring data integrity and effective lead hand-offs.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize tactics based on insights gathered from CRM and other data sources.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing global, measurable marketing programs.
- Proven success managing complex event programs and driving demand generation initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms, and lead management best practices.
