Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to independently plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. This role is a hands-on, individual contributor position, working closely with the creative team to generate quality leads and ensure strong campaign ROI. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, understands performance marketing best practices, and can communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Drive lead generation and ensure consistent cost efficiency (CPL/CPA) in line with industry benchmarks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Manage tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation for accurate reporting.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record in managing paid campaigns and generating leads in B2B or B2C environments.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, or similar) is a plus.
- Competent in using Excel/Google Sheets for performance reporting and analysis.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working without direct supervision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented with a clear focus on ROI and lead quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in optimizing lead generation funnels or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience in startups or small teams where autonomy and initiative are key.
- Knowledge of SEO or organic marketing as a complementary skill.
