We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to help drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and customer retention through webinars, events, social media, customer marketing, and lifecycle marketing programs.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support both customer acquisition and customer engagement goals. This individual will manage a variety of programs including webinars, trade shows, conferences, social media channels and campaigns, customer communications, and marketing operations activities.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on and proactive marketer who is willing to take ownership, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across teams, and ensuring programs are executed effectively and on schedule. This role is well-suited for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar & Virtual Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer and prospect-facing webinars
- Manage webinar logistics including scheduling, registration pages, promotions, speaker coordination, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, and leadership to develop webinar topics and presentations
- Track webinar performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Repurpose webinar content for social media and ongoing marketing campaigns
Trade Shows & Events
- Coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and partner events
- Manage event logistics including registrations, booth materials, promotional assets, shipping, and vendor coordination
- Work with sales and leadership teams to maximize event ROI and lead generation opportunities
- Support pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns
- Track event performance and report on outcomes
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and maintain StockIQ's social media presence across relevant platforms
- Develop and execute social media content calendars
- Create, schedule, and publish content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and lead generation
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase audience growth and visibility
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, and continuously suggest improvements on the overall strategy
Customer & Lifecycle Marketing
- Support customer communication programs including newsletters, product updates, customer success stories, and educational campaigns
- Assist with customer retention and engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospects and customers
- Support customer advocacy and reference programs
- Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to identify marketing opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle
Content & Marketing Support
- Coordinate content promotion and distribution across marketing channels
- Assist with campaign execution and marketing operations activities
- Support development of case studies, customer stories, blog content, and marketing collateral
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics
- Track webinar, event, email, and social media campaign results
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within marketing systems
Qualifications
Required
- 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain industries
- Proven experience managing webinars, virtual events, conferences, and trade shows
- Experience managing social media programs and content calendars
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with marketing automation, webinar, and CRM platforms
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- The ability to travel is required for events and quarterly meetings.
Bonus Preferences
- Experience with customer marketing or lifecycle marketing programs
- Experience supporting content marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, LinkedIn, Canva, Chilipiper, G2 and related marketing tools
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or enterprise software markets
- Experience supporting video production, YouTube channel management, podcast promotion, or multimedia marketing initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD
