Marketing Data Analyst II

Job Summary:

Marketing Data Analysis II is a core discipline at Stirista. The Marketing Data Analyst II will work closely with the Product and Account Management teams to structure, visualize and analyze data coming from website activity, email, digital campaigns and CTV campaigns as well Stirista’s proprietary consumer demographic and identity data sets. The Marketing Data Analyst II will work with complex data sets and scenarios, analyze results, draw conclusions, and package these results along with recommendations for client presentations.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to demonstrate performance of key business initiatives and define areas for optimization.
• Synthesize complex analytics into compelling top level findings for presentations to senior marketing executives.
• Work with data engineers and solution architects to source new data, resolve system issues that impede data extraction, and design structures which will best support analytical efforts.
• Work with internal and client-marketing teams to define and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize customer value.

• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tool – on the job experience with creating dynamic visualizations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences or related field required.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of data analysis or marketing services experience is required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.

Compensation And Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $15,080 - $65,000. At Stirista, we provide a good faith estimate of the pay range for this position. The final salary offer for this position will be uniquely determined by the combination of candidate's work location, specialized skills and seniority, and a review of internal salary benchmarks to ensure fair and competitive pay. Our total rewards package includes comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K matching, Flexible Time Off Policy and paid parental leave.
