As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will execute and optimize our product marketing strategies and marketing activations for our flagship mobile game, BitLife. To boost the performance of our game to the next level, you will focus on implementing user acquisition initiatives and retention campaigns through both traditional and innovative channels.
YOUR TASKS
Product Market Fit
- Analyze player behavior, needs, and motivations through data analytics, user research, and community feedback
- Implement user-centric strategies across product and marketing initiatives
- Define and segment core and potential target audiences
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop product positioning and brand narratives
- Support product development through testing and validation phases
Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Design comprehensive marketing strategies integrating product and UA elements
- Craft and execute go-to-market plans focusing on organic growth through marketing activations
- Establish marketing budgets and success metrics for activation campaigns
Marketing Activations:
- Drive user acquisition and retention through diverse marketing channels
- Create and manage organic growth initiatives including events, influencer partnerships, community programs, and referral systems
- Lead PR, social media, partnerships, and innovative marketing channels
Product Performance:
- Optimize user acquisition funnel in collaboration with UA, ASO, and creative teams
- Manage promotional content and events in app stores
- Secure featuring opportunities and seasonal promotions
- Coordinate creative assets across all marketing channels including UA, influencer campaigns, PR, and traditional media
YOUR BACKSTORY
- Proven track record in product marketing and marketing activations
- Several years of professional experience in gaming/entertainment industry, a passion for gaming across all genres
- A completed Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or related field
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of mobile gaming metrics
- Outstanding leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration
