We are seeking an experienced Mainframe z/OS Systems Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in z/OS environments, system programming, and performance monitoring, along with hands-on experience in key subsystems and security.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):

8+ years experience with z/OS Systems Programming
8+ years experience with JES2, z/OS Unix System Services (OMVS), and Storage Management Subsystem (SMS)
5+ years experience with TSS (Top Secret Security)
5+ years experience in performance monitoring, including initial analysis of performance issues
5+ years experience with REXX scripting

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

5+ years experience with Informatica Power Exchange Administration
Working knowledge of:
z/OS Operation & Networking (VTAM, TCP/IP)
Job Scheduling & Management Software (JOBTRAC)
Terminal Emulator Software (BLUEZONE)
VTAM Session Manager Software (VTAM/SWITCH)
Hands-on with:
SMP/E, RMF, SMF, WLM, JCL, GRS
VSAM, TSO
TLS Configuration (certificates, SSL – RSA Keys, SFTP, FTPS)
Experience with SCLM or similar configuration management tools (configuration & administration)
Experience with CPM for JOBTRAC

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
