We are working with a Fintech Banking client that is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and execute their marketing and brand communication strategies.
This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through multi-channel campaigns, content creation, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives.
Salary Range: US$90-110k
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and press releases.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage public relations activities, media relations, and corporate communications to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage event planning and participation in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Prior experience marketing in the Fintech Banking sector is highly desirable.
- Proven skill to build a brand and set strategy.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, CRM, and email marketing software.
- Experience in public relations, media outreach, and event management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with fintech trends, financial regulations, and industry best practices is a plus.
