Award-Winning Autonomous Vehicle startup, that utilizes offline GPS capabilities, is bringing on a Autonomy Simulation Software Engineer with the ability to work fully remote. The ideal person will be proficient with: C++, advanced Signal processing techniques, Vehicle Senors, IMU's, positioning + GIS systems. And ideally be able to develop robust ML and algorithmic models from identifying applications to data collection and integrating/transforming trained models to deployable software solutions.

This is a full-time direct hire position with highly competitive benefits and the opportunity to get on the ground level for a company on the bleeding edge of the autonomous transportation movement.

Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field

- Strong background with C++ and ideally python

- Experience with signal processing techniques to enhance data quality

- Experience building ML training models and algorithms for real-world applications in realm of: positioning, navigation, autonomous driving, and/or related

- Experience with K-clustering and intertia systems within data science/machine learning

Great to have:

- Master’s degree/PHD in related field

- Background with processing sensor data (IMU, vehicle odometry, camera inputs) to extract features for localization algorithms

- Experience with latest agentic workflows

- Background with probalistic modeling, sensor fusion and computer vision is a big plus

- Previous experience working on Autonomous Vehicles or adjacent projects

- Active government security clearance is a plus
