This is an opportunity to become the company's creative and product design lead, owning everything from brand identity and websites through to the user experience of sophisticated software products.

What you'll be doing

• Own the company's overall design vision across product, brand and digital experiences.
• Design intuitive software products from concept through to production.
• Create and maintain marketing websites and landing pages using modern web technologies.
• Lead the full design process including research, UX, UI, prototyping, branding and front-end implementation.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, leadership and customers to rapidly iterate on ideas.
• Balance immediate customer needs with long-term product strategy.
• Help shape both the visual identity and user experience of a category-defining technology business.

We're looking for someone who has

• 2+ years' experience in Product Design, Design Engineering, Creative Development, UX/UI, Visual Design or a similar environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem solving.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, branding and interaction design.
• Experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Front-end development capability using technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Framer or Webflow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with highly technical teams.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with a passion for building exceptional products.
