Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager and consultant to join our team. This role will focus on developing effective paid media, digital marketing, remarketing, and SEO strategies to drive growth and performance, as well as supporting our recruitment process by conducting technical interviews for Paid Media and Digital Marketing specialists, along with other roles under the Campaign Manager category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search campaigns, digital marketing, remarketing, social media marketing, data-driven marketing, and talent evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define advertising goals and target audiences.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Paid and digital marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Recruitment Support
- Design and execute technical interview processes for Paid and digital marketing specialists.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for hiring decisions.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist, PPC Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads. Proficient in Canva and experienced in marketing through video and podcasts. While you won’t be creating content yourself, you will guide the team on what content should be created.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking and all other tools needed in marketing, paid marketing and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insightful reports.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in mentoring or evaluating candidates.
