Campaign Management:
- Manages B2B marketing campaigns and strategies through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), including list email and journey development to drive engagement.
Lead Process Assistance:
- Creates and maintains lead nurturing programs to increase lead quality and conversion rates, integrating MCAE and CRM for a cohesive, automated lead journey.
- Defines and maintains a smooth lead handoff process to sales, ensuring accurate, complete lead data for follow-up.
- Creates hypotheses, executes tests, and identifies growth opportunities within MCAE (e.g., email A/B testing) to enhance performance.
- Develops a strong understanding of the Customer Journey/Lifecycle and optimizes lead nurturing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitors email sending ability and maintains our domain reputation with Everest
- Develops documentation for marketing projects, providing training and support to internal teams on lead nurture, defining user requirements, and business applications.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign and lead generation performance, delivering insights to drive improvement and inform future strategies.
- Identifies and supports roll-out of automation-based solutions for lead scoring, routing, and nurturing, ensuring alignment between CRM and MCAE.
- Assists with data governance and standardization rules
- Provides data modeling support for MCAE
- Coordinates business approval of campaigns manages roadblocks and enhancements to ensure work is released on time.
- Stays updated on MCAE, Salesforce, and industry trends to bring forward-looking solutions to lead and marketing processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), with hands-on experience managing lead generation and CRM integration.
- Minimum three years in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing lead generation processes, including scoring, nurturing, and conversion optimization in Salesforce CRM.
- Experience working with marketing content creators to execute campaign initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to interpret data and drive campaigns and lead generation improvements.
- Ability to write quality business requirement documentation to translate between business needs and engineering requirements
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing and resolution
- Ability to support and train end users
- Effectively communicates lead processes and strategies with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience in Salesforce Sales and CRM Analytics preferred
- Experience using Google Postmaster, Analytics 360, and Everest is a plus
- Skilled in CRM data structure, lead tracking, and report building within Salesforce, with experience managing lead-to-opportunity workflows
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to configure basic requirements in MCAE
- Leading loyalty strategies, such as SMS, push, and email, to create a cohesive customer experience
- Familiarity with using first person data to create customized lead nurture programs using UTM tracking, completion actions, dynamic lists, and engagement programs
- Understanding of API development, Data Migrations, and cloud services
- Ability to build Excel Macros to aid in manual data cleaning
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus, along with familiarity with retention marketing practices.
