About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across StejasSYS products. This person will manage paid campaigns, improve product visibility, generate leads or users, and help position each product effectively in the market. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, analytics, campaign optimization, and digital growth strategies.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Run campaigns for app installs, lead generation, bookings, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Manage ad budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and conversion quality.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Understand StejasSYS products and create marketing strategies based on each target audience.
- Support digital marketing for Zion Taxi, Innkraft, Mahasya, Bytenosh, Plugginn, and upcoming products.
- Help define campaign messaging, offers, ad copy, CTAs, and product positioning.
- Research competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Content, Creative & Campaign Execution
- Work with designers, content writers, and product teams to create campaign assets.
- Guide ad creatives, social media content, landing pages, reels, banners, and product promotions.
- Ensure campaign messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with the brand.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, and other tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, app installs, and engagement.
- Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters where required.
Organic Growth
- Support SEO, social media, local search, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, landing page conversions, and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging growth channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 - 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns for apps, SaaS products, local businesses, technology products, or e-commerce.
- Good understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and ad reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, social media marketing, and content-led growth.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with app install campaigns, taxi or transportation apps, hospitality products, wellness brands, or SaaS products.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing, influencer campaigns, YouTube campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, or email marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
- Experience working with startups or product companies.
