Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) (50% – 100%)

We have a product with a patent application at its core, but no marketing engine yet. You build it: which channels, which content, which budget for what. No corporate marketing with ten rounds of sign-off, decide today, campaign live tomorrow.

Who we are

SteerSuite makes companies AI-native. Our digital office is called SteerSuite HQ: people and AI agents work on the same tasks there, and we run our own company on it. A patent application for the technical core is pending with the German Patent Office (DPMA).

Founded in February 2026. Behind it are two founders: Sakis Tabakis (Bochum, 16 years of digitalization and finance leadership, including Schneider Electric and E.ON) and Julian Rosen (Miami, 15 years at EY), backed by an advisory board with backgrounds at Apple, Google and Schneider Electric.

What you'll do

• Pick and run channels: SEO/content, LinkedIn, communities like Product Hunt or Hacker News, small-scale paid campaigns. You decide what fits an AI product built for startups and small companies.
• Sharpen positioning: who hears about us first, where, and why now.
• Help shape launch campaigns for Miami this fall, then keep the engine running afterward.
• Read the numbers and adjust course, not gut feeling.

Who you are

• You've made a B2B product visible from zero before, not just optimized an existing campaign.
• You know SEO, content, and at least one paid channel for real, not just from a course.
• You write and post yourself, you don't wait on an agency.
• Business-fluent German, English at C1. We talk to customers in both.

Nice to have, not required: experience with B2B or enterprise audiences, your own case studies.

The setup

Part-time or full-time (50–100%), you tell us what fits. Start immediately, remote from Germany, occasional on-site in Bochum or Düsseldorf, we cover travel costs. This role is built to last, the engine keeps running after the fall.
