Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer for our BTL agency, STEBXperience, to develop compelling visual designs for various projects, especially for events, exhibitions, and brand activations. You will translate creative concepts into visually strong 2D and 3D outputs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging visual designs aligned with creative concepts for event, exhibition, and brand activation projects.
• Create 2D and 3D designs (booths, stages, event areas, and supporting decorations) based on briefs from the creative team or clients.
• Produce layouts, visual identities, and graphic elements that follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Prepare visually appealing presentation materials for pitching and internal reviews.
• Stay updated with current design trends to bring fresh, innovative visual solutions to the team.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and project alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a BTL agency or Event Organizer environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema4D) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual outputs.
• Detail-oriented, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
